remote control for skyhd box

i have lost the sound facility on the remote control handset. any suggestions as to how i get it back? it has cost approx £15 on call to india before i gave up.

If by 'sound' you mean volume up/down then your remote needs to have been setup with the correct code for your TV set - it may have lost the coding if the batteries went flat or were removed for any length of time.

go to interactive on your remote then customer services option 4 then program your remote option 5 you get all codes there.tells you how to set it up step by step. This will get back your volume.
