Need a 32" LCD TV with DVD and USB Playback

My fella wants a telly for the spare room (no aerial) where he would want to play an old PS2, watch DVD's and also watch a tv programme recorded onto a memory stick from one of our other TV's. There seems to a load of smaller tv's that have all these functions but once you get to 26" and above, they seem to dry up. I found this:

TOSHIBA 32INCH FULL HD 1080P FREEVIEW HD DIGITAL LCD TV - 32RV753B which has an integrated DVD and it says a USB port but just because it says that, does that mean you can play back programmes from a memory stick? If not, does anyone have any other suggestions please?
