Charging up Laptop

Should I just charge my laptop when it asks me to, or leave the plug in all the time ? Thanks all :)

Recently, I almost succumbed to the notorious AMMYY scam.(If you haven't heard of it, just Google it!). However, I am left with a desktop icon that I cannot delete. I have tried the usual "Uninstall" but it stays there on my desktop.

Oh, and if I take the lead out of the laptop, should I switch off the plug ??

Hi, keeping the laptop on charge all the time wrecks the battery. You should use it on battery and let it run down before charging it up when necessary. When you take the charger out, switch off the plug.
