For the past few days, anytime we have turned to channel 82 for Sky News, the sound has a sort of echo to it. We can hear what is being said but its disconcerting. Any clues?

Sound problems on specific channels can usually be resolved by doing a full retune. (Don't ask me why; I'm simply writing from experience!)

Check the TV sound settings for surround .. or wide .. or SRS .. something.
Sometimes Sky News sound is 'out of phase' which gives that effect.
Sky broadcasting/technical error. I hear it on the red button active screens pretty frequently.
Another possible cause could be: if home cinema connected up. Sometimes there is a very slight delay compared to sound from TV but it depends on connections etc. Just a shot in the dark!
