Why is my avatar going wonky ?

A fellow AB member (Andrew1707) asked me why my avatar showing in my profile is different to the one showing up on the posts that I have made.

Is this something that happens often or have I confused the AB computers?

The avatar is of the above named AB member.

I spent ages adding bits to the picture and it doesn't even show up - life is so harsh some times.

gravatar/AB seems to be having a bit of a problem this evening - I changed my avatar several hours ago yet that change hasn't filtered through to here yet (usually only takes a few minutes)

Oh yes - so it is. Lots of drinks in front of you and an arrow through your head on your avatar but just a plain you on your posts. Sorry I didn't mean to imply you were a chimp!

still hasn't come through. Since it is on your profile it can't be a problem with your computer; it must be at Gravatar or AB.
