After further searching i found a decent priced computer. Im not looking to play games that require an amazing graphics card or CPU. My budget is around £400 and im looking to play games on lowest-medium settings such as GTA ,oblivion, left for dead, call of duty 5.

I'm with daffy, your psu should be minimum 500 watts., 8Gb ram is fine. Would be nice to have a slightly better cpu. But for the price your going for it should play the games on low settings and some of the older games at medium settings.

I also self build my gaming pc, so I'll see you online sometime!!

I think you would find that PC very limited in gaming capabilities.

Whys that?
I agree ..

Processor and Power Supply reasons mainly. And you want to make sure you can run DX11.
Check out Overclockers. That's the place to be for gamer PC's.
It has very low end specs and will necessitate you having all game settings turned down to quite low. I know you said you don't mind that but as a gamer myself I can't see the point in buying a gaming PC that is really not capable of being one. I also built my own gaming PC so am very biased about the whole thing.
Is there any way you could at least stretch to having a slightly better PSU and a little more RAM?

Upgrading RAM to 8gb, PSU to 450w, would that be better?
8GB Ram is good but PSU could do with being 500watt if you can afford it.
