My Norton's Antivirus 2002 software found these two files on my hd....absr.exe and bvt.exe, it won't clean or quarantine them or delete them so now what? How do I get rid of them. Anyone who knows can send me e-mail at: [email protected] Thanks....

hello maureen! those 2 .exe files belong to a trojan virus called troj_sua.a. Norton will try to clean a legitimate file that has been infected by a virus. These are files in the virus itself. I dont understand why they cant be deleted. did you try dragging them into the recycle bin?http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc
