Hi Is there a bit of software that allows you to copy another DVD directly and overwirte the copywrite protection at the same time. Also would it be able to copy dual layer to single layer via the software too without having to shrink it down. I am having such problems at the mo doing this porcess with about 3 pieces of software that it seems to not end up copying onto disc at the end. Would love to have one piece of software that does. ANy ideas Thanks

It is not possible to copy a full dual layer to single layer without shrinking it - a dual layer holds twice as much data, so you would be doing the electronic equivalent of trying to put a quart into a pint pot!

I use a combination of DVDShrink and Nero and never have any problems
Just try out mac DVD Copy, which not only can help copy dvd to one blank DVD ,also copy protected DVD.
Try it out:
