Hello.

I have a PS3 which i am trying to change the password for, but apparently it can only be done via email. I have asked Sony to send me the relevant email but nothing ever comes through despite requesting it about 4 times.

I have checked my junk mail folder, but nothing is there.

Sony have insisted that the email has been sent, so could there be something that needs changing on my O2 email account?
