Lost Sound on PC

I can`t get any sound from Media Player or live radio, whats happened now, and can you please sort me out?

have you tried turning it of and turning it on again?
(I'm serious, sometimes happens with me but turning it off resets it)

Does other things still create sound from the same speakers ?

Try checking the audio controls. Conrol Panel / Sounds / Volume / Advanced. See where all the sliders are and that nothing is muted.

Turn off & on either to see what happens, but normally one refers to the PC.

Tried but Noooo luck there,but...when I plug in my Silvercrest mo box and play my music.....lo and behold, it works. I had a browse in Control Panel etc, but that baffles my brain, such as it is these days.

Have you turned your speakers off by mistake (I did this once and I hate to think what the helpdesk thought)
