does this exist?

i have loads of bookmarks and tabs etc ...but not much way of organising them...

i have fast dial, but thats really just a page of thumbnails

id like to have a kind of 'address book' of sites, grouped into catagories, maybe even with a facility to add relevant notes...such as your username etc

there are sites i want to keep but only look at now and again...but they get forgotten about and jumbled amidst other bookmarks

any ideas?
