Samsung E800 question

I have just bought a new samsung e800 on ebay but on the display the bottom line says 'New CB(200)' firstly i dont know what this is and secondly i have been told it can be removed but i have no idea how!if anyone has any idea that would be a huge help to me!thank you x x x

I did a search on Google and CB stands for 'Cell Broadcast'.

Try going to Menu>Messages>Broadcast>Channel, and look for a feature to deactivate or remove. Not sure if it is in that location, but somethign should be there to help.
