not sure this doesn't sound odd, but i keep getting cramp in my toes, and big toe doesn't feel right, as though it's disconnected in some way. No idea if it is circulation problems, ankles feel somewhat tight, and have had problems with walking for months. Thought it was just changing different shoes, but sometimes its so painful, that i just have to stop.

em.....could be many things and the description does need expanding somewhat, however it does seem an arthritic problem rather than one of circulation.

it may well be that you have a degree of arthritis which is being treated....I am only guessing.

no idea sqad, fingers get tight and unmoveable, same for base of spine, osteoarthiritis was picked up before, trying to explain as per, but worried about the feet, seeing as how need them to potter around........x
thought it was just changing different shoes, but who knows

toes just seem to pull together, and then seize up and often get terrible cramp in back of calf muscle, sometimes so bad i have to get up walk around, or wakes me in the night. Can it be a lack of certain vitamins, or even salt, as cut back on lots of stuff, that have been told isn't good for me, which is ok,
but not sure i'm getting this balance right.
Never been a "vitamin man" myself, or an "immune booster supporter"....however to get beck to the cramps, it might be a good idea to get your thyroid status checked by your GP. An underactive thyroid can often present with muscle cramps.

sqad had tests done in past, shows up as borderline, but may ask again.
my ma has had it for years, takes thyroxine for it.
em....good thinking...;-)
