How to translate a website from German To English?

I'm on a site trying to buy some goods and when I add something to the cart the page goes from english back to German and says something about "Cookies usage" Does anyone know what the problem may be?

At a guess, the site needs to store a session cookie on your computer to remind it to return to the English page, after updating the basket on the e-commerce provider's server.
Try enabling cookies.
