I have almost a hundred photos I would like to put on an existing website but I am struggling to get them in a decent format. I could put them all individually on a webpage (or split across a few pages) but that is going to look cumbersome and messy. Ideally I would like some sort of slide show or photo album but can't get anything to work. I am using Dreamweaver CS3 for the website maintenance. I have tried creating a .pps in Powerpoint but that won't run when I put it on a webpage. I also have Photoshop Elements (although not really familiar with it) and have tried creating a slide show (.wmv) with that. I end up with very small pictures in the middle of a blank screen. This runs OK standalone but again won't run on a webpage. Looking at help in Dreamweaver I see I can create a photo album if I use Fireworks. I don't have this and am loathe to buy yet more software that I don't know how to use! Any advice much appreciated. Thanks.

Have you considered using a service like Flickr and then using their widgets to display the photos? You can control copyright through Flickr as well.
And you have the benefit of the Flickr community finding your stuff, and eventually your website?

Thanks for that. I'm trying Flickr as my first option. I've uploaded a few photos as a trial but I can't see anything that explains how I link to these photos from my website. This is proving much harder than I expected! (and I used to be an analyst/programmer!!).
