vuze error missing gdiplus.dll??

Hi all, one another thing! My mun told me that she always gets this vuze error missing gdiplus.dll error when surfing the web and I have also downloaded a new gdiplus.dll & just copied it to /System32 on her computer, but the error messages still occur. I suspect that there must be an error with my gdiplus.dll or the registry settings, is it right? But can someone tell me what should I do?
