With mine you press and hold down the bottom right button (with a picture of a phone ) until it comes on. Do the same to turn it off.

Not familiar with the model but common methods are separate switch on edge somewhere, pressing and holding for a while the red/cancel key, or pressing and holding for a while the red and green cancel/call keys simultaneously.
