I think you just eat hundreds of choc chip cookies, and lose weight.

Well, the guys who promotes the Cookie Diet calimed that K-Dash was on it.

Although, she did sue him for making that claim.

Well, it's an interesting theory. Control your weight by not allowing yourself to get hungry.

I wouldn;t know about the nutritional content of the cookies, but take in fewer calories than you burn up, and you should lose weight. How long it is before you can not face another cookies, and how you feel during the day, is another matter.

And I can't see this being a permanent life change, so what happens when you come off the diet?
