I have one of these mobiles with a small memory card in it, (2GB) and I have the USB lead to my laptop that came with the phone, but, I can't get anything onto my laptop from the phone as windows says it can't find the drivers for the CUSTT13 , any ideas what is amiss with this? Thanks

Did the phone come with a CD? They are often mini CDs and well hidden in the box. If you can't find it try downloading a driver here...

thanks for that.I've been on samsungs site and downloaded the PC Studio for fre and it's updated the drivers for the usb lead and all is working perfectly!
