Thank you for your reply. The site is www.familiesmagazine.co.uk and there are four message boards; the abusive messages have appeared on "Small Ads" and "News, views & tips" but not on the other two, so far. I have posted an ordinary message on "News, views & tips" requesting management action. I did not think of looking for a way to send a message directly to management I must confess.

I looked on the site and did a search for jakxh, which returned nothing. Hope this means that its been resolved. It's a good site though. Know any more?
