How would you understand the results if you can't speak the language?

then translate it
Sorry suna, I don't understand your question.
The Google translator (http://translate.google.co.uk/?hl=en&tab=wT#
)
can help with translations, although it's not always reliable.
But are you looking to set up a table in Word or on a spreadsheet into which you can type something and get it translated auto.
Or are you simply wanting to do searches on the internet in another language- because you can do that. For example: do a google search on "tõlge veebilehed" which is Estonian for Translation Websites
No, no and thrice no. Do NOT rely on an on-line translator!
I'm not sure why my in didn't work.

I would agree, mike11111, that the online transtor is not a good way to translate a large bit of text/speech as what comes out is often gibberish, and it's certainly not good for languages such as Latin. However if you are just trying to find one word or a two word expression for the purpose of making a web search, I think it's worth tying.
