My Freeview box used to show the programme guide for the day, now it only shows the current and next programme for each channel.............is this right or how can I alter it.

Probably one of the coloured buttons, mine used to say at the bottom of the screen which one changed between now and next and full program guide.

Do you mean re-tune it 'cos I've done that twice?

You need to do a Full Re-Scan about once a Month craft because New Channels are added and others are moved or deleted.
Do a Full Re-Scan and then check your EPG

I've done that and have 7 frequencies and 105 channels.
