I've been having trouble getting unto the internet .
I'm told by some chappie in india that the reason is that the software for the Modem inside the processor , needs to be reinstalled .
Does that sound right ?
I have a cable leading from the phone socket which plugs directly into the back of the processor
Where can i get this sofware from - any ideas ?
Any help would be appreciated .
The Modem is Conexant SoftK56 Modem ( M ) # 2

Click 'Download now'
Wait for the dialogue box to appear.
Click 'Save file'
Navigate to a suitable location. (Your desktop is as good as anywhere). Click 'Save'.
Go the the saved file and double-click on it to run the driver installation program. (You can then delete the downloaded file if you want to).
Restart your PC.
