Hiya people. Im soon to have my new website up and running as soon as I can get over this hurdle.

Does anybody know of a program I can download (either free or for a small price) that will allow users to come onto my site, register as a user and pay to have an advert in a certain category.

The idea is, they pay a small amount and get a basic advert and they pay more for a better advert etc.

Cheers in advance, although im not holding my breath...

It may sound very low tech but how about putting an email link to  you ...inviting interested parties to email you for further info...if they want an ad on your site you give them details ...a postal address for cheques and bank a/c name and no.  for credit transfers....worked fine for me.....

I was thinking that and I wasn't sure it would put people off? You say it worked for you. Do you still find it as effective?
