Any way to put a thread onto a USB pen???

I have had rather a long thread going,and looking back on it,it is more like a diary,logging some very important events in my and OH life.I was wondering if there is any way of saving the whole thing to a USB even if I have to do it page by page,I just really want to save it.
Hope someone can help,thanks if you can

insert your memory stick. right click on the thread you want to copy.click 'file' click 'save as'select' my computer' and send to removable disc.I think this should work

Sorry,not quite correct.Just click 'file' when you are on the thread to be copied and then 'save' etc.trying to do two things at once !!
