Is it safe to purchase a Pure internet radio through parcel post? I was thinking of ordering a radio but i am worried that it might get damaged with all the flinging around. Your suggestions would be welcome.

It will be packed for transport so shouldn't be a problem, just check it on receipt and if the packaging is damaged refuse delivery.

Hi Chuck Fickens. Thanks for your help. You are a great help for all categories!
If you don't want to buy at a shop, you could buy from John Lewis online and it will be delivered by their own staff in their own vehicle- much better than by parcel post.

thanks gingejbbee, i might try that, it will depend on the price.
I've bought small items from John Lewis on line and they were delivered by Royal Mail, not their own vans. One of the things I did buy was a mug and it was in perfect condition when delivered.
Porkchop I worked for a parcel delivery company for a while these items are usually well packed but check the packaging, any sign of damage sign as unseen then if it is damaged inside you will be covered
