Going on holiday - netbook use

I am going to Malta on Thursday, and I have phoned vodaphone to get my phone sorted, and I have Vodaphone Passport so thats ok. I also have a Netbook on contract with Vodaphone, and I believe that there is a 'one off' charge of £9.99 for use abroad. However when I looked at their site it says you get 50mb a day, so will that mean I have to pay £9.99 every day that I use it, or is that a different system to my plan? Obviously if I have to pay every day, then it would be cheaper to use an internet cafe.
