'Page' options in IE7 disappeared

Somehow the PAGE drop down options on the menu bar in IE7
'Send Page by email' and 'Send Link by email' now appear grey and are no longer available to use.

I found these really useful and would like the options back. Is there anyone who could advise me on how to reinstate them ,please?

Must get some shuteye now but will be back tomorrow.

Hope someone will be able to help

Click on the tools menu and select internet options, then click on the programs tab and next to E-mail make sure you have the correct Email client that you use selected.

Thank you SO MUCH, it wasn't quite as straightforward as your description but I've reset the defaults to Microsofts rather than custom and BEHOLD, the links are back.
