How can I set up one email link so its goes to several people, so I don't have to keep sending it to them all individually?

In what?

If you use outlook 2003 then go to your contacts, click on the little arrow next to new and select distribution list and define the emails you want in there, then you just have to send to that list.

Other mail clients will be different though.
Most emails systems allow you to set up "groups" (or similar name).

Create a group, then add the people to it.

So if you called the group say "Friends" and added 3 people to it, then if you sent an email to "Friends" it would go to those three people.
In your 'to' box where you put emails just separate each email address with a semi colon ';'
Lankeela. I use Outlook Express. If you have the same, you can go to 'Addresses', then go to 'File', a drop down box will appear, click on 'Group Contacts', then you can fill in all the people you want in that group. Also you need to give the group a name. Then you can type one e-mail click on 'send to group', and each person on the list will receive the same e-mail. If you don't have Outlook Express, then if you scout around on the one you have, you will probably find a similar set up. Schutz.
