I have an iPhone but I am having a few issues with it!
Firstly whenever I try to do an update I get a message saying that it can not be completed as my internet connection has been lost. Each time I am still logged on. I have tried logging onto my sisters internet as well and get the same message.
Secondly I recently purchased an album through iTunes on my phone but I can not get it to transfer to my laptop. I have clicked on "transfer purchases from iPhone" but nothing happens at all!!
I am wondering if maybe the second problem is connected to the first?? Its very frustrating!!!
Any ideas??
