Moving Embedded Videos from one YouTube account to another?

Hi Expert ABers,

I have just been asked to move an embedded video from one of our YouTube accounts to another of our YouTube accounts.

ie: Charity called P. One video embedded that needs moving to Charity called CD.

We left the option to be able to move the video but it seems a bit confusing and I can't work it out.

How do I take the video off Charity P and embed onto Charity CD.

Any simple laymens terms for me to follow would be truly appreciated.
