i just had a new hard drive installed and lost all my stuff including my old outlook express account, how do l set it back up again

next my outllook express sends emails to delete before i read them?

You need to go to tools/accounts and add an e-mail account. You will need to enter the POP3 and SMTP server details for your ISP, your account login name and your password - all of which, of course, you stored in a safe place when you first signed up :-)
