My boss has just asked me to get the same e-mail addresses for everyone in the office. We have currently set our own up on hotmail etc but he wants [email protected]. How do I go about this, I don't think we even have a website! Do we need one. Any help would be much appreciated.

Many Thanks.

You buy a domain for very little cost - one with a name to suit your company.

You can buy a domain from sites like this:
http://www.123-reg.co.uk/?GCID=S13274x054&keyw ord=domain%20name&_$ja=kw:domain+name|cgn:123+ Reg+Domains|cgid:201551576|tsid:4474|cn:123reg +domains+only|mt:Exact|nw:search|crid:13418324 36|bku:1&gclid=CJOd-_SnypYCFQSB1AodBAywwQ

If you buy Sazzyco, for example, all emails to [email protected] will go to you
1) Buy the domain name from somewhere like 123-reg.co.uk as listed above.

2) Use Google Apps for your domain to set up email.

Google Apps is free and very good. Saves you having to manage email systems yourself.

ok...so we do have a website afterall, do we still need to by a domain name???
Well not if you already have one.

If you do already have one, then you can simply sign up to Google Apps.

You'll be required to validate this ownership in one of a few ways. Probably the easiest way is to upload a small file to the root of your website directory, so that Google can check that you own the website.
