question about my router

Apart from saving electricity, do I need to switch my router off every night or is it ok to leave it switched on all the time.

I leave mine on 24/7

If I turned it off, my phone wouldn't work.

Personal choice - but it is okay to leave it on

i turn mine of after if finished with it.....it seems o.k when i turn it back on but i have heard other people complain that they cant re connect

no, there's no point in turning it off at night except of course electricity bill, ecology etc. but there's also no point in keeping it turned on while you're not using it. i turn it off every night and it's only turned on when i or my bf comes back from work.
