My car has been stolen from my private drive. It was booked to go in for an MOT, the MOT expired 2 weeks previous. Am I still insured?

Although they may use the lack of MOT to decrease their valuation of the car.
I think the lack of MOT does invalidate your ins. but they will probably deduct about 10% from the settlement. Thats what the ins. co I work for does anyway.
