Aw thanks all :) knobby-I am only working 30 hours a week, so I will have to pay you back in bits and pieces-say 50p a year over 10 years?
cazzz, cheers love :)
cru, too right :S Hehe! I am looking forward to the hard work though, worth it. Mr Pops is chuffed, my parents are chuffed, and Jack knows something's happening because of all the boxes! :) Thanks hun.

mamma, thank you so much :) It absolutely has, and I am thrilled to finally have the official version of my results-it's mine now!! How are you hun?
hippyhoppy, yep! Would you care to join me? :)
Thank you very much, Ethel.
puss, I am now a qualified Youth and Community Worker, and my new job is Face 2 Face Outreach Coordinator, working with young people in parks and other outdoor spaces. It's going to be brill, the ideal 'first-time job' (I work part time at the moment, but can't wait to extend my skills, and my wage!).
You must be very proud of your daughter-well done her :) Why must she wait the year? Has she to do extra study specific to her profession?

Aw puss, good on her! Right I see. She will be as pleased in 12 months' time then!
Funnily enough, I graduate up at Lancaster Uni too! But on the 16th, which is also my dad's birthday. What a shame I won't meet you :( Did she actually study at Lancaster? I was at St. Martins.
Thanks for your kind words, I am really looking forward to starting work. x

oh gosh.. I'm 42! I didn't make an effort at school and no one pushed me.
still, I have a good job. I spend most days in court (not as a defendant!) and enjoy it, and the pay is good.. for a thickie like me! (no, I know I'm not a thickie really.. but I could have done much better.)
I'm always envious of those who end up doing what they really wanted to do, so well done you! the job sounds fab :o)
