I am using Vista basic on a new dell computer and run AOL (which I am now having trouble logging onto) and on the bottom right of the screen is an icon, Media Manager Services, which has suddenly got a red X through it. Would this account for any of the problems I'm having and how do I get rid of the X as it obviously means somethings switched off. This has only just appeared and I have not noticed it since I first had the computer.
Could anyone help please,
Thank you
