I tried to carry out a standard update to my zonealarm firewall and I received the error (0 xc00000142 ) Application failed to initialise. So the Zonealarm upgrade failed and I was unable to start the Zonealarm firewall as this message keeps popping up.

ANY SUGGESTIONS????

CD-RW drive on my PC is malfunctioning (keeps opening/closing of its own accord) - help!
