Virgin problems and slow internet !

Hey all looking for some help and hoping to get some... I am currently with Virgin BB and there phopne and tv service.. but.. i would like out. who else is good to go with UNLIMITED time ofcourse. i have used aol previously but never again. thats about it. and my internet seems to be running really slowly. can anyone direct me. i do all the correct stuff.. defrag disc cleanup.. i scan for viruses.. etc etc.. HELP please xxx

I`ve been with Virgin for the last 5 months and never had a problem, much faster and cheaper than my previous broadband provider, and I`m only on the cheaper package.
