I;ve used online photo editing websites - but is there one for simple editing of movie files ?(that doesn't require any d/load or special software)

Hi,
As video files are very large compared to stills (photos) it doesn't make much sense to do what you're suggesting.
Win XP comes with Windows Movie Maker (free and no downloads) which is very simple to use and has a variety of drag n drop effects and transitions too. Have a play around with it and see for yourself. There's a comprehensive help file included as well as many online users to ask if you're stuck.
