toolbar malfunction

okay, here's the thing, my toolbar is gone, not on the top, side, or bottom, its gone, and i don't mean the one for the internet, can someone please help me?

Do you mean your toolbar or your Windows task bar? It's possible to make the task bar so small that it's effectively invisible. You can tell if you've done that by putting the mouse pointer at the very bottom of the screen. If there is a tine task bar there, the pointer will change to vertical arrows, and all you need to do is hold down the right mouse button and drag up to resize the task bar.
