Is there such a thing as a free internet connection ive been told of something called (yoo hoo) ,and if there is why doesnt everyone use them,or have i been told a load

Never heard of it. Google didn't bring up any relevant results.

There are free wifi hotspots dotted around the country, but I don't know of a totally free ISP for your home.

Hopefully, I'm wrong!

As Fo3nix says, there's no such thing as totally free internet access.

It sounds like some information has got rather garbled somewhere. Yahoo! provides a free e-mail service but you still have to pay to connect to the internet.
