Apply the patch into target's installation directory

What does that mean? I've put the patch in the program file it's installed in and the file it outputs to -my documents/my recordings - nothing happening. Replay media catcher 2.10 from applian technologies and patch from FOFF Team. The icon from FOFF was a skull and crossbones and included in the nfo file was the message "you should know better". This is bad isn't it? Don't reply to this if all you can say is cheap ,criminal, you're a loser etc.If anyone with constructive comments can help then thanks.

Could you elaborate?Are you saying you have a cracked program and are now infected?

The patch from (cracks4me.com) was supposed to unlock the program. After nothing happened I tried to uninstall the media catcher but it didn't. In safe mode I still got the message "invalid uninstall control file". I did a system restore and that's seems to have worked. The idea that this didn't wan't to be deleted without a fight is worrying !
The patch file was called B81Bf7C2, I did a search and it found nothing, also there is nothing new on the start up menu. Have I done enough to be sure all is well?
