NTL versus Virgin

Since ntl cable has now been taken over by Virgin, do you think that it will be better or worse? They say we will get a better service and a fairer deal. What I don't like is their home page, or is this just temporary?

Hi,i don`t like the homepage either and i hope it is a temp although i don`t really know why i don`t like it!LOL.I suppose only time will tell if the service is as good as they promise,some of the packages look ok though.

Just because you are with a particular ISP, it doesn't follow that you have to have their web site as your home page. Why not just set your home page to a site that you use often?

NTL have not been TAKEN OVER by Virgin.

In fact it was the other way round, NTL / Telewest took over Virgin mobile.

But because the Virgin name has a better image than NTL they decided to rebrand under the Virgin name.
