I can't pick up my wireless internet after moving

Hi I have just moved homes and can't seem to pick up my wireless internet - it says its connected but it doesn'y - luckily I can up my neighbours who's isn't secured.

This is interesting. Could it be something to do with different cable connections/isp addresses?

Try connecting to your router by wire and configuring the settings again.

I assume you've notified your ISP of your new place and phone number etc., and it's all been activated for that phone line?

Youmay have this sorted by now but i had the same problem, it took weeks to sort out. Anyway short of it was that the previous occupants ISP had put a block on the line so we had to ring BT to remove it so that we could use our new ISP. It gets a bit complicated but try speaking to BT. Hope this helps as it annoyed the hell out of us!
