02 genie sim card is this pay as you go?

Hi everyone.
I wanted to get my hubby a memorable pay as you go sim card for his birthday. I think I've found one that'll be memorable .. well to him anyway. It's an 02 genie in a yellow pack. I always thought the pay as you go cards were the ones in the blue 02 packs. I know I'm being thick here, but can someone tell me what the difference is.

there isnt any diff. its still with 02.

Genie cards are mainly for Txts if I rememeber rightly if you top up �10 a month you get given 300 Txts free every month

I have only seen them online to buy from o2 and on ebay.
