I doubt that anyone will be able to answer this question unless you tell us how you receive your e-mail. Do you use an e-mail client (such as Outlook Express or Thunderbird) to receive 'POP3' mail? Or do you use a web-based method of receiving your mail (i.e. you log onto a web page to read it)?

If you're using POP3 mail, I'm a bit confused because Outlook Express doesn't have a 'Spam' folder. (It's possible to create one, and set up rules for what should go there, but it doesn't exist by default).

If you're using some form of web-mail, the settings which determine which mail goes into the 'Spam' folder will be determined by that particular website. So, before anyone can help you, you'll need to tell us which page you have to go to. (I'm praying that you're not going to mention the dreaded AOL!).
