I have Norton antivirus profressional set up and always updated, but this thing has gotten thru. It comes up as soon as I go to Internet Explorer as a popup that you can't close. I've checked Nortons how to get rid but it's so confusing, I'm not a geek but I'm also not clueless (not totally anyway).I also don't have a recovery disc. Any ideas short of a trip to PC world and my bak manager on how I can get rid of said b'std.
