Best Bridge-Playing Software?

I'm looking for a contract bridge playing program which can be programmed to play Acol and Forum D (at least). I want a program which is stand-alone (no internet connection required). What is the best available package? Shark Bridge and Jack Bridge seem to be both very good but I am not sure about the bidding systems.
