Webimpression - Reported Web Forgery

At least once a day I'm presented with (in a new tab) warning of a reported web forgery at static.webimpression.com. The warning is that it may try to access personal information.
However this isn't anything I'm trying to access. The new tab opens on its own and I can often leave my PC unattended for hours and see this thing when I return.
I've run full AV and spyware/malware cleanups, in both cases given a clean bill of health. Googling webimpression has drawn a blank.
Anyone seen this and found out what it is and how to get rid? TIA

Hmm. Thanks for that chrisgel. Unfortunately it isn't showing in extensions (or add-ons - looked there as well, just in case). Odd.
